The registration fee includes admission to all sessions, a ribbon ID card, a branded conference bag, printed conference materials, a notebook, a pen, a USB drive (containing the conference minutes), the welcome reception on November 4th, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, and the conference dinner on November 6th.Accommodation and transportation expenses are to be covered by the participants themselves.Please refer to the registraion fee schedule for details. Upon logging into the conference system and confiming participation, the system wil automatically aply the discounted rate if eligible.

发票开具Invoice Issuance

参会代表在缴费时可选择是否需要开具发票。发票将在会议结束后一个月内通过电子邮件发送至参会代表提供的邮箱地址。

Participants can choose whether they need an invoice at the time of payment. Invoices will be sent via email to the provided email address within one month after the conference concludes.

优惠政策Discount Policy

会议对ACUUS成员、学生(35岁以下)、论文作者提供不同优惠价。详情请参阅注册费用标准及内容。请在会议系统中登录并确认参会信息,系统自动识别后,将显示优惠后的缴费状态。

The conference offers different preferential prices for ACUUS members, students (under 35 years old), and paper authors.Please refer to the registration fee schedule for details. Upon logging into the conference system and confirming participation, the system will automatically apply the discounted rate if eligible.Early bird registration is available until February 28, 2025.

  • 取消与退款Cancellation & Refund Policy

    若参会代表因故无法参加会议,2025年10月1日(不含)前取消,扣除总金额的15%后进行退费。2025年10月30日(含)申请取消,将扣除总金额30%进行退费。10月30日后非不可抗力原因不再接受任何退款。所有参会注册在会议召开前均接受一次更改参会人,会议开幕后不再接受参会人更改。

    If a participant is unable to attend the conference, refunds will be processed as follows:Cancellations before October 1st , 2025 (exclusive): 85% of the total amount will be refunded (a 15% processing fee applies).Cancellations between October 1 and 30, 2025 (inclusive): 70% of the total amount will be refunded (a 30% processing fee applies).Cancellations after April 30, 2025: No refunds will be issued unless due to force majeure.Participants may change the registered attendee once before the conference begins. No attendee substitutions will be accepted once the conference has started.

  • 特殊情况Special Circumstances

    若因不可抗力因素(如自然灾害、政府行为等)导致会议无法如期举行,组委会将根据实际情况与参会代表协商解决参会费退还或延期参会等问题。

    If the conference cannot be held as scheduled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, etc.), the organizing committee will coordinate with participants to determine appropriate solutions, such as fee refunds or postponement of participation, based on the actual situation.
